| In 2002, the company was established
as South China High-tech Chemicals Co., Ltd, with the
cooperation of the R & D and Analysis Center of Fenghua
Group. The initial business is to promote High-purity
and Ultrafine Electro-ceramics Chemicals and Materials to
MLCC, PTC industries overseas. As Fenghua Group is purchasing or
manufacturing these materials for their own electronic
components, and parts production under the help of the R & D
and Analysis Center; this enables us to coordinate the materials
according to customers?requirement and give solution
suggestion that suitable for customers?production.
In 2004, Guangzhou Choe Chemicals Co., Ltd. was established
and launched the new project with the cooperation of Zhejiang
University for Research & Development of Cholesteryl
Esters with applications in Personal Care Products,
Liquid Crystal Display, Dyes and Effect Colors, and Temperature
Measurement. The production is finished by some OEM
manufacturers located in Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province.
On March 13, 2007, the two companies were integrated and
renamed as Hanhua Specialty Chemicals
Limited, concentrating more
on supplying Specialty Chemical Ingredients for Liquid
Crystals, Electro-Ceramics and Cosmetic industries.
